Visit us to discuss your priorities for your ideal home. 

  We'll check your site to ensure your chosen house is suitable for your site.

  If you’re ready to procced with floor plan and specifications, we can provide you a fixed price proposal.

  Once the contract is signed, we only require a small deposit (held in solicitors trust account). 

We submit your building consent to the Council, with a 20-working day processing time.

  Once building consent is received, construction begins, and our team will keep you updated. We’ll schedule a meeting to help you choose colors and final finishes.

 Upon loading for delivery, finalize the house payment.

We organize transport and placement for you new home.
